- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆We contacted David Todd and arranged for him to come and replace the flush system on our toilet. He did not turn up, ringing him again he promised to come and did this time turn up. His call-out rate was £50 which I thought was a little steep. We arranged for him to come back and replace the plug housing on our two baths. He again did not turn up, we rang him and he said he had a big job on and could not make it. Rearranging his coming again, no show, we rang him and he said he would come on the Tuesday. Again no show. Sadly, I then had to ring him as the toilet he had supposedly fixed started to leak. I left a message on his mobile phone and asked him to do something with the leaking toilet. It is now several days since I last rang him and he has not even had the courtesy of ringing me back. He is a complete waste of time, he is totally unreliable, and shows no sign of any courtesy. I would not recommend David Todd, Plumber to anyone, he apparently is now Trading as Rushcliffe Renovations Ltd. He is a complete waste of space. We even paid him straight away with a BACS transfer. Just wish I had realised the nature of the man and I would not have paid him so quickly. He does not deserve to succeed in business!!!By Admin, July 11, 2019
